Indoor Venues

Host productive meetings, conferences, and corporate functions in the Mediterranean-style spaces at Royal Palms Resort and Spa. Located perfectly between Scottsdale and Phoenix, our three indoor venues range in size between 612–2,450 square feet, with airy, naturally lit accommodations for up to 300 guests, depending on chosen layout. In addition to each distinct venue, all rooms offer adjoining gardens and patios for pre-function needs.

Outdoor Venues

Inspire guests with Camelback Mountain setting the stage for your meeting or corporate retreat in Phoenix. Choose from four outdoor venues, including a stone-walled courtyard with a platform for conferences and speaking engagements, and a spacious garden with beautiful mountain views for larger gatherings of up to 180 guests. For a truly unique outdoor corporate event or private dining experience, select the newly renovated Orange Grove or Camelback Vista, which both offer stunning fireplaces and mountain views.

While the resort offers nine acres of lush, natural beauty of its own; no Phoenix meeting would be complete without a bit of sun-drenched, offsite exploration. Royal Palms partners with MC&A Destination Management to ensure that meeting planners and attendees enjoy the highest quality of service, expertise and memory-making experiences.
