Pet Policy + Royal Paws

We gladly welcome your most cherished travel companions to join you on your Phoenix vacation. Please inform us that you will be bringing your pet (or pets) with you prior to arrival. Our Royal Paws program provides an elevated pet program for paw-rents looking to give their four-legged friends the ultimate luxury hotel experience. The program features a pet menu, in addition to a plush branded bed, bowls and tennis balls for use during the stay.

For stays of up to six nights, we assess a $150.00 pet fee, and for stays of seven through thirty nights, an additional $100.00 deep-cleaning fee will be included.

Pets must weigh 50 pounds and under or two pets must weigh 75 pounds combined at most to be permitted to stay at Royal Palms Resort and Spa.
