Nestled within a den of rich earthen colors, high-vaulted ceilings and panoramic views, the elegant T. Cook's offers unparalleled ambiance for a Phoenix restaurant. Mimicking the colonial Spanish architecture and atmosphere of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, the a la minute Mediterranean cuisine is simply superb. With ingredients hand selected by Executive Chef Lee Hillson, our award-winning chefs create tempting menus featuring a wide variety of artistic and intriguing dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch.

The Lounge at T. Cook's restaurant is located just off the resort's Courtyard. Marked by rich cherrywood and hand-painted Italian frescos, its hand-carved and painted wooden shelves offer a distinguished assortment of the finest liquors. Rising up beyond a baby grand piano, The Bar is flanked by the alluring salon with its deep brown leather, custom-made upholstery and antique lamps.
The Delos Room rounds out the T. Cook's experience, providing elegant privacy for up to twelve guests of the Arizona resort. For light dining at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, the Cabana Cafe provides a fine selection of poolside fare, including salads, sandwiches and beverages.
