When should I arrive for my spa session?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to allow you time to check-in, utilize our steam and relaxation areas, and fully enjoy your Alvadora Spa experience.

What should I wear during my spa session?

Alvadora Spa will provide you with a robe and slippers. For most full massage experiences and body treatments, we recommend that guests disrobe; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. For Watsu pool therapies, please wear a bathing suit.

Do you offer services for mothers-to-be?

Yes. we offer our 50 minute Prenatal Massage, 50 minute Custom Facial and nail services. *Our Prenatal Massage is offered in the 2nd and 3rd trimester

Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments, disabilities or allergies?

Absolutely. Please notify the spa coordinator when booking your appointments as well as your service provider.

Will I be able to purchase products that are used during my treatments?

Our spa boutique offers a full array of products that we use during treatments as well as excellent gift items to take home.

Are there any rules of spa etiquette?

To enhance everyone's relaxation experience at Alvadora Spa, we ask that you refrain from using cellular phones in all public areas of the spa, speaking softly if a call must be taken.

Resort Spa Reservations

Appointments are confirmed with a credit card or your room number. We encourage guests to make their spa arrangements in advance, when room reservations are first booked to ensure preferred appointment times are available.
