Guest Experiences Coordinator
As our Guest Experiences Coordinator, Jenna Goss has catered to the desires and whims of guests new and repeat, VIP and everyday, including politicians, celebrities, entertainers, corporate executives and sports stars. With a sharp intuitive nature, exceptional attention to fine details and a strong creative spirit, Goss takes pride in personalizing each and every romantic getaway in the most uncommon and memorable ways.
While in her previous role as a resort concierge, Goss helped hundreds of romance-driven guests make the most of their ideas. For one gentleman who hoped to propose to his then-girlfriend while staying at Royal Palms, no thought was deemed impossible. Discovering that the couple loved nature and the outdoors, Goss herself scouted unique, picturesque locations around Camelback Mountain in advance for a perfect perch to propose. The next morning, at dawn, this gentleman succeeded in luring his beloved girlfriend on a morning hike of the mountain, only to be storybook surprised by him falling on bended knee - and the new life together that was about to begin.
As Goss says simply, "I strive to create lasting memories with all of our guests. They may not always remember me specifically, but they will always remember the details of those moments. That is why I'm always willing to help."
