We are excited to announce the thoughtful revitalization project of T. Cook's throughout the summer. We are equally thrilled to announce the opening of our new summer dining experience Cervantes Bistro located in the heart of our signature art gallery which displays an original collection of fine artwork in collaboration with Celebration of Fine Art.
While T. Cook's is under revitalization, we invite you all to explore the artful Mediterranean cooking at Cervantes Bistro this summer, featuring menus that highlight handmade ingredients and simple, seasonal preparations by our new Executive Chef Paul McCabe and our culinary team.

Adjacent to Cervantes Bistro is Cervantes Lounge, featuring creative cocktails each evening, as well as live entertainment and visiting artists on Fridays and Saturdays through the summer in an intimate and distinguished atmosphere.
