To assist with making your event or celebration a great success, Royal Palms Resort and Spa is pleased to offer on-site audio/visual services, complete high-speed and wireless Internet access, and full Business Center services to accommodate your meeting demands.

Audio/Visual
We are pleased to offer on-site audio/visual services and production through a partnership with SWANK Audio Visual. SWANK staff members are well trained and experienced to offer the very best selection of state of the art equipment and services to assist with all of your production needs.

Business Center
Our self-service Business Center is available 24 hours a day. The center is equipped with a computer, laptop data port, laser printer, copier and a facsimile. The adjoining Segovia Office is available for a daily rental fee. Please inquire with your Conference Services Manager for further details.

High Speed and Wireless Internet Access
We are pleased to offer high speed and wireless Internet access throughout the resort. We will also provide your meeting rooms with the same high speed connectivity should the need arise. Ethernet cards are available for purchase at the front desk.

Shipping and Receiving
Understanding that timely delivery of meeting materials is crucial to your event's success, Royal Palms provides secure storage space and an in-house package tracking system.
