Do you have a resort fee and what does it encompass?
Yes, the resort fee is $31 plus tax, per day and has been implemented to encompass the many convenient amenities made available to guests including:
- Daily use of fitness centre
- Daily use of Alvadora Spa facilities (eucalyptus steam room, whrilpool, locker room, showers)
- Transportation to Fashion Square, Old Town & Biltmore Square for local shopping and dining
- 10% discount on retail resort wide

- Additionally, in keeping with our residential ambience, the resort fee has enabled us to create a non-tipping environment. The $31.00 plus tax, per night also includes all non-food and beverage gratuity such as bellmen and housekeeping.
Is there an additional fee for parking on property?
For any Hotel guests staying at our Arizona Resort, there will be a valet parking fee of $25.00 per car, per day.
