St. Patrick's Day Sunday Brunch at T. Cook's!

Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day with all of us at T. Cook's for a special holiday-themed brunch!
In addition to our regulary Sunday Brunch favorites, we will also be serving some of these creative takes on Irish classics and more:
Hors d'ouevres:
Smoked Salmon on rye toaste with chive cream cheese and preserved lemon
Deviled "Emerald Eggs" with watercress, scallions, fresh tarragon and diced ham

Irish potato salad with leeks, kale, cabbage and green onion
Pasta salad with broccoli, grapes, pecans, bacon and red onion
Spinach salad with strawberries, red onion and goat cheese

Tomato, sausage, spinach, house marinara sauce and mozzarella
