Our Phoenix, Arizona resort's culinary and beverage teams thoughtfully blend handcrafted premium seasonal and regional ingredients with herbs, vegetables, citrus and seasonings from our very own on-property gardens. For nearly two decades, our on-site restaurant, T. Cook's has garnered both local and national acclaim. This time-honored tradition lives in T. Cook's with Executive Chef Paul McCabe, as well as our new cocktail destination The Mix Up Bar.
