Hello from T. Cook’s!
We hope that you are having a great summer. It has been a great season here at T. Cook’s. As we head into August we are gearing up to celebrate the end of summer - which for us Phoenicians means a break from the summer heat is right around the corner!
Labor Day gives us one last reprieve from our work week to enjoy a relaxing three day weekend. Royal Palms has a great line up of activities happening all weekend long including live music and food and drink offerings throughout the resort.
We are kicking off the celebration Friday night on Vernadero lawn with live music from the local hit band Sugahbeat and will keep the celebration going all weekend long. Take time to lounge by the pool on Saturday and Sunday and enjoy music by a live DJ along with a great Labor Day menu. Our Cabana Café will be offering some of my summertime favorites, street tacos along with cool summer cocktails. We'll be firing up the grill serving carene asada and ancho marinated chicken tacos in a warm corn tortilla with cilantro and fresh roasted tomato salsa.
For a refreshing beverage, be sure to give our Snowcone Sippers a try. Our team added a twist to this childhood favorite by pouring refreshing cocktails over crushed ice with flavors of the season like watermelon and lemon blueberry. This boozy cocktail is ideal for a long weekend lounging by the pool.
In addition to fantastic pool side offerings, we will also be featuring our T. Cook's Taste of Summer Menu. We are proud to showcase this menu which is such a great way for locals to sample some of our most popular items off of our regular menu at a fantastic price. Don't miss out, the Summer Menu, like the warm weather, won't be around for long!
