Royal Palms Debuts New Valencia Casitas and Fitness Center in September
Royal Palms Resort and Spa is excited to announce the upcoming debut of its $1.2 million renovation of its Valencia Casitas, and its $250,000 revamp and expansion of its fitness center.
The 30 Valencia Casitas are located within the resort's secluded Valencia Gardens enclave and offers some of the most dramatic views of neighboring Camelback Mountain on the resort. The enclave itself is an especially popular area of the property, boasting manicured gardens, picturesque fireplaces and handsome wrought-iron detailing throughout.
Re-designed by two nationally-acclaimed local design firms, the new Valencia Casitas present a refreshed take on the "eclectic elegance" vibe they have always been known for. Built in the classic bungalow style, the Valencia Casitas are filled with hand-selected furnishings and offer charming French doors that open up to their own beautiful patio areas. New finishes throughout will reinforce the spirit of the Mediterranean design with new carpeting, vintage floor tiles, marble and mosaic surfaces.
Another cornerstone of the new Valencia Casitas' transformation is the dramatic re-do of the bathrooms, with enlarged vanities, dressing areas, a built-in coffee bar and a private water closet.
The Fitness Center will also undergo a major revamp, with new flooring, noise-minimizing windows, and of course: new high-tech fitness equipment. Supplied by Matrix Fitness Systems, the new equipment will better incorporate all the senses to help guests receive the most effective (and enjoyable) workout possible, including unique audio and visual components.
