Some ways to make your meeting personal is to combine the uniqueness of the resort into your events. Our orange marmalade in particular is especially unique to us—the bitter oranges used in our sweet, tangy marmalade are picked directly from our very own on-property orange grove. Nestled within our Valencia Gardens, a picturesque patch of mature orange trees stand tall, originating from the original Cooke Estate in the early 1900s. This provides guests with some of the best orange marmalade anywhere.
Even if you happen to visit T. Cook’s Lounge, there is always something unique you can take away. Our signature brew, Royal Palms Old Pale Ale, is crafted especially for us by the popular Phoenix area brewmasters from Sun-Up Brewing Company. Crisp and hoppy, it can be the perfect beverage on any afternoon.

A recent partnership with world-famous tequila makers Herradura—a deal sealed thanks to a recent Manager’s fieldtrip to the Mexican tequila factory itself—Royal Palms now offers its very own signature blend of the popular spirit.
