Perfectly Balanced Dining at T. Cook's This Summer
Design your own dining experience with the return of T. Cook's "Perfectly Balanced Dining" special.
T. Cook's is encouraging you to experience the new summer menu with the popular "Perfectly Balanced Dining" dinner option. Through August 31st, you can receive a dinner off of our full menu including an appetizer, entrée and dessert for only $50!
New appetizer items to choose from include Eggplant Cannelloni with spinach and mushroom bolognese or Octopus Carpaccio with house pickled carrot, arugula, paprika, gaufrettes and orange vinaigrette.
A wide variety of dinner selections includes Scottish Salmon with carrot and potato gratin, butter braised radishes, heirloom cherry tomatoes and scallion cream sauce, Duck a L'Orange with candied orange, asparagus, thyme fondant potatoes and traditional sauce, or Stuffed Squash Blossoms with sautéed local farm vegetables, roasted tomatoes and squash purée.

Round out your dining experience with one of Chef Travis' latest creations including Chocolate Noisette, a chocolate hazelnut cookie with cappuccino mousse, valencia orange panna cotta and salted caramel, or Pineapple Upside Down Cake, a buttery rum cake with rum and brown sugar-glazed pineapple, crème fraich gelato and brandied cherries.
