T. Cook's Passport to Italy Menu
April brings the continuation of Royal Palms' Languages of Love festival to the country of Italy. Send your senses traveling through Rome, Venice, Milan and Naples when you sample our "Roman Around the Herb Garden" menu.
For the months of April and May, Royal Palms will be honoring Venus, the Roman goddess of love and beauty, with our resort-wide Languages of Love program. T. Cook's and Alvadora have teamed with local company La Bella Terre to obtain seasonal ingredients that follow our deep commitment to organic, sustainable products. We will be offering a special Italian-themed menu and cocktail at T. Cook's and several new spa treatments at Alvadora Spa using basil, rosemary and lemon oil.

Appetizer
Crispy Margherita flatbread drizzled with basil olive oil and topped with a Frisée and arugula salad
Entrée
Pan-roasted bone in pork chop brushed with mustard and topped with a rosemary oil infused gremolata served with a rosemary polenta cake, grilled squash and a caramelized onion demi
Dessert
Pistachio panna cotta with lemon sorbet topped with lemon olive oil and served with a tasting of Chef Lee's housemade Lemoncello
