T. Cook's is Offering You A "Passport to France"

Influenced by the Royal Palms' new Romantication™ experiences, T. Cook's will be offering quarterly menus inspired by the Mediterranean countries that the Royal Palms has always exalted.

This year, Royal Palms will be honoring the countries of France, Italy, Spain and Greece through a property-wide Languages of Love festival.  New Romantication™ offerings include spa treatments, tasting menus, overnight stays, and special occasion events personally designed by the Director of Romance, Robert Vickrey.

Through March 31, T. Cook's is offering a French-inspired tasting menu, thoughtfully titled "Passport to France."  T. Cook's and Alvadora have teamed with local company La Bella Terre to obtain seasonal ingredients that follow our deep commitment to organic, sustainable products. Using seasonal oils and herbs, the "Passport to France" Languages of Love menu offers you a three-course meal using lavender, verbena and rose oils:

 First Course

Warmed oysters on the half shell sitting on caramelized onion, apple and house-made bacon and topped with a local goat cheese-lavender hollandaise.  Libation pairing ~ Champagne

Second Course

Pan-roasted sea bass in a lemon & verbena-scented broth with mixed baby farm vegetables, heirloom cherry tomatoes & baby fennel sautéed with mint.  Wine pairing ~ Viognier

Dessert

Rose-scented Delice with raspberry coulis.  Wine pairing ~ Sauterne

Available every evening through March 31, 2011, the tasting menu is at a price of $65.00* per person, with wine pairings at an additional $25.00* per person.
