A Little Taste of Germany in the Valley of the Sun
Join us at T. Cook's this month to celebrate Oktoberfest's 200th anniversary by enjoying a special menu created just for the occasion!
The original "Oktoberfest" began in Munich, Germany on October 18, 1810 and has come to be one of the most famous events in Germany and the world's largest fair. The 5 million people that attend the festival each year are accustomed to eating traditional fare such as potato pancakes, sausages, pretzels, ham hock and red cabbage. T. Cook’s Executive Chef, Lee Hillson, used these hearty foods to inspire his own menu for the month of October.
Your culinary journey to Germany will begin with potato pancakes with a frisée salad and will include German favorites such as braised pork shank, bratwurst and apple strudel. Be sure to include our carefully selected beer pairings to complete the experience! The full Oktoberfest menu is available for $50.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and can be viewed here.
