T. Cook’s “Afternoon Delight” Recipe
Learn to make a sweet, bubbly cocktail that is perfect for enjoying on a warm, sunny afternoon.
Ingredients:
- ½ ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- One strawberry and few sprigs of mint
- 4 ounces of gorgeous champagne
Directions:
In a martini shaker, muddle the strawberry and mint leaves. Add liqueur and champagne, shake and pour into a sugar-rimmed champagne flute. Garnish with a whole strawberry, if desired.
