Enjoy a “Sensual Indulgence” at T. Cook’s this February
Royal Palms Resort and Spa’s Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, T. Cook’s, is designed especially for intimacy and was recently rated in the Top 10 Romantic Restaurants in the U.S. by the Gayot Review. During the month of February, T. Cook’s is offering a tasting menu for two that is guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds and invoke romance!
T. Cook’s three-course “Sensual Indulgence” menu begins with a trio of oysters for each of you: a shooter with heirloom tomato juice, horseradish & lime, an oyster chilled in champagne and poached with pickled shallot & caviar, and a spicy tempura oyster with roasted corn purée.
Next, you’ll indulge in an entrée designed for both of you to share. Enjoy a large grilled beef “Tomahawk” steak with Fontina potato gratin, creamy mushroom & spinach and topped with a carrot red wine sauce.
Our pastry chef will then prepare a specialty “Amore” dessert to finish off your evening. This delicacy includes a duet of cherry and white chocolate mousse on a chocolate flourless torte.
This elegant tasting menu is available for the entire month of February at a price of $120 for two persons, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are also available at an additional $30 per person.
